@markderrick understood - it only makes sense when you consider the requirement - it's medical loan kit sets being sent out and partially returned - they bill on return, and they only bill the items that didn't come back so they are trying to avoid having to match up the RMA with the SO and remove the items before invoicing. Unless it would be possible to do a single invoice based on the RMA AND the SO?
