I have a serialized item that has no quantity on hand but has a value. I tried to add a serial number in at 0 and adjust it out but the item is set to specific costing which will pull the value back out at 0. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi, I've had something similar. Ended up needing NS support and they filed a defect. I think they mentioned something about phantom lot numbers
