@Aj have you tried reactivating said bin, then removing from the item before inactivating again?

I have not tried that... We have around 264 Bins that are preferred and needs to be Inactivated. Is there an easier way to remove them all first and then inactivate? Like Mass update or Import? Thanks you for your help

if you have new preferred bins to add, you could run an import and check "override sublists" to make sure each is replaced.
