@Fareed Ezz You can have in NetSuite using locations... you could have your spare parts in one location and your final/selling product in another location...

sorry but my point is related to user entry and data integrity validation. not what you can do with location. what is called business rules. instead of telling the user that he should not mix, the system will prevent that mixing.

You can still prevent that mixing, restricting users per location... if you want more specific business rules you can create it/code it... NetSuite a very cumbersome system used by millions... is very generic sometimes...(and to be honest it need to be...)
