@Fareed Ezz you might be able to accomplish some of this by using different forms. For example on sales order, Each form would default to one location and that location would be in line via workflow. Then on that form use an Item filter tied to a saved search to limit what items a user can select. On the saved search you’ll be able to create whatever criteria you need to filter out the item.
