Does anyone know a way to change the "Printed Picking Ticket" status on a Sales Order? We have a few situations where our warehouse manager is not seeing some Sales orders due to the ticket being printed at some point in the life cycle of the SO. We ideally, do not want to select "Allow Reprint" because that will show ALL Sales Orders Pending Fulfillment and could result in duplicate picking tickets. Is there any way to revert the "printed picket ticket" status by order?
