Hi all, reposting this here as I think its more applicable for this channel. I am not sure if this is true but NetSuite just told me that it is a standard behavior for WMS Records to not be able to run Scripts and Workflows upon creation. Now, some of the Item Fulfillment records in our system is created via the wms suitelet viathe gun scan of the picking stage. I am trying to run some workflow and script but it does not run successfully for such IF records. NetSuite support gave me the reason that this is the standard behavior and asked me to run a scheduled workflow for them. Has anyone else faced such issue? Not sure also if Item Fulfillment records created via one of the wms suitelets can be called as "WMS records"
