We've got something happening we've not experienced before. We have an order with 2 items: 1 Inventory Item, which have in stock, and a Kit item(made up of 2 components). We have one of the components in stock for the kit, the other is on backorder. The Customer would like us to send just the inventory item and wait on the kit until we have both components. When we hit fulfill, it shows the inventory item and the one kit component on the fulfillment and the kit component is grey, has not checkbox to uncheck, and shows it's shipping the full quantity. Anyone else experience this? We need to remove the component line. Thoughts?
