Do the sample exam before your preparation and see how well you score.
Follow the Study Guide thoroughly and use SuiteAnswers to learn about the topics listed in Study Guide. Also, I found the exam well-balanced as opposed to what I heard about it having a larger section for SuiteFlows.
Do the sample exam after the preparation and see if you have improved.
