Our IT director's background is in ERP, specifically SAP, but has done NS implementations before, he set me up with the NS Essentials training more so for desktop support for user issues. Although I ended up being responsible for creating the permissions for most of our users roles, and then cleaning up the roles/permissions after launch. Still dont always know exactly what I'm doing but getting a better understanding of ERP within the last few months. No prior experience with ERP before all this.
