@MySuite You need 2 Webcams or only one?

1 External webcam. Laptop webcam does not count. I have a cheap logitech cam that worked.

I think actually a laptop webcam does count - although the generic instructions say it doesn't, on the NetSuite-specific page it indicated a laptop webcam was fine (and I didn't have any issue using my laptop webcam when I took it remotely).

internal is definitely allowed, I’ve used my macbook before w/ no issues to take it at home

Thanks! That's good to know. I saw in the documentation a place where it said that an onboard camera was not okay and then in the very next paragraph it said it was. I decided not to risk it.
