Scorecards take KPIs to a new level. Scorecards enable you to show data over multiple data ranges, unlike KPIs, which limit you to only two date ranges. Scorecards can also perform calculations; for instance, you can leverage a KPI of your total customers and a KPI of customers who canceled this month to calculate the churn rate (percentage of the customer base that has been lost).
