for the online training pass that you get for one year. Like mentioned only one person can use it at one time. However if you start a lecture and you are viewing it and someone else starts it on another computer in parallel then it will log you out but will not stop the lecture thats running. Also you get an account for almost all the courses so might get 1 account for Essentials course which will be valid for 90 days and then a seperate account for the suite analytics course which will be valid for 30 days so on and so fourth.They are also generally very helpful with reinstating your access if you write em an email about it. Also you dont really need thsese accounts but these accounts are pre loaded with certain amount of information (Data) that makes it easy to follow along with the course and do the exercises. On top of these some (NOT ALL) courses even have deadline so if you activate a course it might only be available for 90 days, however there are only handful of courses like that. The Videos cannot be downloaded and i dont think besides a few courses you cant even view them on mobile devices. overall the course is really helpful, but it hope your org is paying for it as it comes with a hefty price tag
