Based on what I've heard, particularly around this community, is that it seems like the Foundations exam is probably the roughest of them all. I was lucky there and took the Dev exam before the Foundations exam existed. If the training really does gear you up for the Foundations test well, then that one might be worth it. After all, you can't actually get any other certification without it.
