@al3xicon Traction is very similar to "Scaling Up" which is what our company has recently picked up. We use Rocks, daily, weekly, monthly meeting huddles tackling the same issues in you meetings. In regarding your original question, we ended up creating our own training schedule. Our CEO is also playing sales manager at the moment. Not only did we have to train him on the native NS way of life, but we had to customize how NS worked to fit his thought process. It is possible, but what we ended up having to do it put in saved searches that would warn the coaches (managers) in the company that a process was done incorrectly to ensure the sales reps were following the process we out in place.
