Have a requirement to use Outsourced labor along with WIP accounting. Assembly item is simple and has one physical component but the labor is outsourced
So the flow is like
1. Start working on a job- 10% of labor is consumed
2. Component is transformed into intermediate product - 40% of labor is consumed
3. Intermediate product is completed as FG with some scrap qty - 50% of labor is consumed. 4% of FG is scrapped
