Isn't it possible to export work orders to csv? I feel like there used to be a print button there that would open it in a form and from there you could export. The only thing there now is Print Bom but that doesn't get me what I need. I want the list of components.

Print BoM is the list of components, isn't it?

Print BOM Inquiry will allow you to export a single unit quantity BOM. The Print BOM function will give you a list of components that can act as a pick list
We're presenting a similar request in a Suitelet to have a BOM export with a multiplier for a quantity to a customer this week.

I did figure out the BOM Inquiry is what I need to use to print to Excel, you just have to multiply the quantities by whatever quantity of BOM you want to see total quantities for.

Couldn't you just get this info in a saved search and export that? The saved search would be really simple, and you could even put a link to it in a field on the work order and put a dynamic query parameter on the url to make it just for that Work Order. Something like add field to form, then default value with
