does anyone have a Material Request form, or any idea on how to go about. we want to create a custom record that would have work order number and BOM and when those are selected it will populate the BOM revision parts, quantity, Requestor, & reason field will be populated by requestor. The reason for this is we want to track who is requesting the extra parts and why. when saved this will send email to inventory control to issue those parts.
