i am seeing the higher quantity available on the item record but when i try to issue this to work order it says only 203 is available i need 400, what might be causing this.

I encountered this in Inventory Adjustment not sure if this applies as well to WO though. Is there any transaction that increased the quantity AFTER the WO date?

not that i can see/think of

on item record, inventory detail subtab, edit the sublist views so qty on hand not equal to 0 to show if negative bin or lot numbers. By default netsuite only shows qty on hand greater than 0. Also check reallocate items page for if inventory committed to a different transaction

It’s allocated to lot of different work orders but as you can see we have almost 15000 that can be used
