Is it possible to take a given WO and split it? Say we have a WO with 20 finished goods, and it's the last day of the month and only 10 are done and 10 are not. Due to accounting concerns, Operations wants to divide the existing work order into 10 and 10. According to them, this was possible in Aptean, the old ERP, but not in NS. Is there a good workaround, or can this be scripted?\

If not, you might be able to use a scheduled script that runs on last day of the month to split it by adjusting the quantity down and making a copy with the remaining and setting the quantity appropriately.

If they are created from SO's I wouldn't touch doing that with a 39 1/2 foot pole
