@Amanda Flynn I’m trying to do this same thing… a search and replace BOM component. By looking at this 3rd party tool… can I assume there isn’t a way to do this natively in NetSuite, either by upload or mass update?

Does BOM revision have to be enabled?

Bom record is created as a separate record once advance bom is turned on, they should suffice

you can do csv uploads but we've had some terrible experiences with that - and the users updating bom components can't do that.

right, same, i didn't like the website. they want you on the call, which is fine, they did a great demo for us.

Those listed prices are one time price? Or annual subscription?

it's annual, but it is one price per account, not per user.

@Amanda Flynn Very interesting. We just have a saved search and compatible CSV import that we run. It works well....I'm curious about this product as well...but that annual price seems a bit steep IMO.

@Roy L I thought the price wasn't bad, other third party tools (for other purposes) seem to run much higher than that. They are also going to provide a solution for us to export BOMs in the indented format. This solution is built is NS on a tab so it feels native - I like that too.

We have a csv import template and process. We also have times when we have to replace components on work orders for various reasons and for that, we have a saved search displayed to the production lead to replace the component on those work orders (intentionally doesn’t change the BOM, just this WO).
