Can I force a work order to be built without having inventory to be buildable? I know I can on a standalone assembly build, but can I kick it off from a WO?

if you do not have components which are serialized/lot tracked, or have any restrictions on regular inventory going negative and the inventory is actually available -- then you should be able to generate the same transaction from a WO
