Hi! We are wondering if anyone has experience with Mobile Manufacturing and Advanced Manufacturing. We need to build serialized assemblies through the app, but currently not using Advanced Mfg. and the app doesn’t support serialized assemblies/components. Anyone any experience with serialized assemblies, advanced mfg and mobile manufacturing? Thanks in advance

We are using advanced manufacturing and tried the app for a period but it was way to error prone, so i created a custom app for the warehouse and a punch clock for the assembly lines with the option to enter production results

Yeah, looks like that’s what we’ll be doing, too. Do you have any recommendations regarding the app? Any pitfalls to beware of? Thanks in advance!

when we reached a large amount of released/in progress work orders the app could not find all of them. otherwise the biggest issue we have had is people completing items and then issue material later when they notice errors in the warehouse. then all costs of material will go on a wip variance account. so we prevent that error by not being able to complete the last step when all material has not been issued.
