@Jacob Thanks for the suggestion, it looks like this may be our only option at this point. We've avoided it until now because of the requirement that components must be consumed from the location at the header level. Is the purpose of setting the TO lines to Do Not Commit initially just used to ensure that completed work orders aren't allocated to the wrong TO?
