thanks everyone for response. @Suitestallion there are many options. if i create every option then it will blow the volume of sku's and some of them will never be used. Also cannot purchase a kit hence that cannot be used @KevinJ of Kansas dont i need assembly item for using work order? @Jacob does outsource mfg feature comes with light mfg module? we cannot use assembly as there are different components, so a chair with base and handle can have different options and once this custom chair is order there is a chance that the same combination will never get sold. Also, there are some tricky use case where customer need actual ship date plus want that exact piece of chair allocated to the Sales Order.
