Hi. Does anyone know how to handle manufacturing when I have in my catalogue one item to sell but in many configuration (small difference, e.g. holes qty in one component). Is it possible to produce in Netsuite one item but in many version?

yes, it is possible via matrix option (go Setup > Company> Enable Features > Items and Inventory tab > in Items enable Matrix items

I know the Matrix option, but this is not a point. The thing is that I want one Item, not many Items differently named... Matrix help me to create many version of Item - but I want to choose version on WO level, e.g. before release WO.

I suppose you can choose that "parent" item (from which your matrix items derive) and then replace it with the specific item.
