@Alexis Rua what QMS module are you referring to? I know there is one SuiteApp and some 3rd party solutions that can integrate into NetSuite, but I didn't know there is a NetSuite module for quality mgt.

We've looked at this. Our take was that our inventory management system was not sufficient to get the improvement from the QMS module. Our use case is to have all raw materials QA inspected after receipt and prior to consumption in manufacturing...But there is nothing stopping the factory picking from a pallet that is on QA hold.

@jono_w Thank you for the insight. Did you guys install the module at all or just did a demo?

@Alexis Rua we haven't installed the module or demo - just ran through some scenarios and realised that we would have a process (preferably with some fancy hardware) for the production team to know what physical materials they could pick from. Currently its see a bag on a pallet and you're good to go. We will go down the QMS route when we overhaul our inventory tracking.
