Has anyone seen the response, `A SOAP message cannot contain entity references because it must not have a DTD` from NetSuite or know what might be causing it?  I don’t have a lot of information about what the request is trying to do or the actual SOAP request being sent.  It’s coming from a bit of a black box.

Someone on the integrations channel raised the same question about this type of error. I would raise a support ticket with NS.

“We integrate with Okta for SSO. Okta started throwing this error last week. Anyone by chance seen this or similar before? (long shot but trying my luck)

Funny thing is, I work for Okta and was troubleshooting for our own internal Okta use.  :slightly_smiling_face:
