Hello, we're working with an outside vendor to create a

Delete User

application that will go to our various systems to delete Contacts who have requested deletion of PII. They've not worked with Netsuite before and our developer who has worked with the APIs is on paternity leave. We discovered today that the delete contact API deletes a contact without regard to constraints. Delete Customers returns an error when there are attached transactions, but Delete Contact does not. What is the best way or endpoint(s) to call first to confirm a contact is not related to any transactions before deleting it? Thanks!
