has anyone been able to enable rest API for suitetalk? i'm getting a error

"The location record is only available as a beta record. Enable the REST Record Service (Beta) feature in Setup > Company > Enable Features to work with this record.",

But Its asking me to register on NS. give me a link to a oracle form. Then it says its full and come back after FEB 1 😕
