Not very familiar with using SOAP with netsuite but trying to troubleshoot our integration with shiphawk...does anyone have any suggestions where i even start debugging why an initializeRecord would cause a failed response "you must have at least one valid line item"?  Shouldn't that just return a record id or is it trying to transform a sales order?

initializeRecord is equivalent to transformRecord

that said, what do you think of your ShipHawk integration. Im curious since they probably had some questionable employees advertising their product in <#C298P0BCK|> a while ago.

No kidding?  I missed that!  I am really really struggling with the implementation....i haven't ever had this much of a problem.  We are very, very customized though.

I feel like their willingness to troubleshoot is limited...the product seems really promising but trying to get it to work has been difficult.
