Does anyone know if Saved Search Email Alerts can be triggered by a webservice? We have the Saved Search’s Email tab’s

checkbox checked, and the Search is successfully triggered from sales orders records created manually, but the Saved Search doesn’t trigger from records created by our Boomi integration?

Boomi uses upsert request to trigger the creation of records. Thus it should still trigger the saved search email

that’s what we thought too, webservices and csv imports do not trigger the Saved Search’s email…only UI. maybe I should just file a case with Netsuite

Yes. You should file a support ticket for it

That behavior is controlled by this preference setting: Setup > Company > Email preferences > ENABLE EMAIL ALERTS FOR WS AND CSV IMPORTS
