@Krish It says under "<faultstring>": "invalid login attempt". To connect to sandbox you need to be in your sandbox and goto Setup -> Integration -> Web Services Preferences and you will see your sandbox Account ID (usually something like 123456_SB1), then just use that in your account field of your passport or login request
