I did realize I will need to change the config for:

      &lt;setting name="NSClient_com_netsuite_webservices_NetSuiteService" serializeAs="String"&gt;
        &lt;value&gt;https://webservices.netsuite.com/services/NetSuitePort_2017_2&lt;/value&gt;
      &lt;/setting&gt;
&lt;/NSClient.Properties.Settings&gt;
But still that's about it that I was able to figure
