I'm having an issue with my integration that's using SuiteTalk to perform a `login` since the 2018.2 update.  The role say Two-Factor Authentication Required == Not Required, but if I try to login to the UI with those credentials i'm prompted for a verification code.  If I use suitetalk web services to do a login, it tells me the credentials are bad.

Found it.  There's a list of role permissions that would require a user to have 2FA enabled
