Hi everyone. I am getting an error when trying to create a customer record via web services:

&lt;platformCore:code&gt;SSS_AUTHOR_MUST_BE_EMPLOYEE&lt;/platformCore:code&gt;
                       &lt;platformCore:message&gt;The author internal id or email must match an employee.&lt;/platformCore:message&gt;

This looks to me like the problem is that the user that the web service is authenticating/trying to create the customer record with is not set up as an employee, but this doesn't appear to be the case.  Does anyone have a suggestion?
