I'm trying sync the data from a report for Support Cases down to a local data warehouse analytics. I was hoping to use SuiteTalk, but I'm not seeing Metrics data (e.g. Metrics: Initial Response Time) as one of the fields under Cases in the schema. Can you retrieve reports or saved searches via suitetalk? Or does anyone any advice for getting to this data?
