Has anyone experienced slow performance when getting and updating records via SOAP and token passports? I am seeing 30+ sec requests but in the integration usage logs they show 5 sec or less. I currently have a support case open that is going no where while performance is degrading randomly per hour. We have not introduced any new code into our application in over a month.
