@delzhand How are you creating the sales orders? Has anything changed recently with how you're pushing them in? there are scenarios where "User" could be "System" which isnt an employee.There is an option on the customer record in "Preferences" called "Send Transactions Via" which if the email checkbox is checked will cause an email to be sent when the sales order is created. That may be what's generating the email.
