I might be an idiot here but I can't get a simple message to show when viewing or editing a record. The 'Message' action seems to not work. I have an 'All' type Customer record workflow. I want it to display a message. On the state I've tried the Before user submit or Before user edit triggers and nothing happens. No conditions even. I'm eventually hoping I can show a message when a check box is set. Anyone got the hang of the 'Message' workflow action?
