Hi, can I send an email to all the members of a static employee group using workflows?, If I select the group as the recipient it only send the email to the group's email and not to all the employees

Instead of using a group, would it work for you to use an Employee Saved Search (with the same static members)? Use a Workflow - Employee records. Another way would be to send directly from a Saved Search which captures your triggering event. Probably other ways also.
