I am trying to create a saved search that sends alerts when certain fields are changed, added, or deleted. My problem is that I cannot seem to find the right link to show when items are added or deleted. Does anyone have a good suggestion on how to make this happen?

Do you mean changes to item records or changes of the items on transactions
