Hi I'm trying to customize NS so I can send invoices to multiple recipients. I have a custom field where I type additional email address, and I've tried so many different things but keep failin on the workflow. I'm trying to configure a separate button for it (Send to All) now that will only do this one thing. Button acts well but when it transition to Send Email activity it always fails: Anyone has some clue what this error is for and how I can solve it? Google did not help much.

a) As a sanity check add a direct transition that doesn't need button press and satisfy yourself it is the transition. In this config the email should send as soon as you load a record. b)For the original transition, Edit & expand to all contexts. (It looks right now). c) On your Workflow, expand it to all context also. d) If that works you can tidy it up. e) If it doesn't work then, hopefully someone else will spot the issue

Hi, thank you for the tips! A/ Direct on entry doesn't work - looks like the button is really required. But checking around, I really need to figure our how to trigger this send email.
