Im trying to build a workflow to run a script that is currently triggered by a user pushing a button. Im working out the criteria in a saved search. When the button is pushed, it adds items into a list but doesnt change the status of the fulfillment. I looked in system notes and cant find anything that is created or modified. Is there a way to only return items in the search that have an empty list?

I would be using a Criteria, Summary, Count = 0 on the joined List internal ID.
