Hello, I can not get send email to trigger on a Store Pickup Fulfillment status marked as Picked I have Store Pickup Fulfilment selected under sub types I have Status = Store Pickup Fulfillment:{#Picked#} in my conditional Event types: Create/edit trigger on after record submit but I keep getting this error on the log SENDEMAIL action skipped. Not executable with trigger BEFORELOAD Any help?

This might need to be a Schedule WF.
