Hi, I'm trying to trigger an error message on a transaction based on the results of a saved search. However, the workflow action throws the ignore message irrespective of the saved search results. What could be the reason? Workflow details: • Event based • Trigger type = all Action details: • The saved search is set at the action level • trigger on "Before Record Submit" Many thanks
