struggling to get a WF triggered. We have cases created (pushed into by Celigo) and a script triggers to create a prospect record since the company field is required on a case record. Tried all trigger points but haven't got the WF triggered- anyone, see why this might be?
In system notes on a prospect record, the context is Suitelet, even though it's actually a UE script that creates the record, but I suspect Celigo uses a Suitelet to push data in the system and that's why it's suite Suitelet. I've not set the context in the WF for now.

Context should actually be web services if it's celigo
you might check your preferences on web services to make sure they trigger scripts and workflows
m
Even if the context shows as Suitelet in system notes?
when you do not specify a context - the default is All context selected, right?
k
I've been seeing context incorrectly recorded as Suitelet when things are done via web services lately.
Not all the time, but enough.

@mg2017 I assume that means you also have configured a real-time export for NetSuite on the Celigo side. What “Execution context” have you set there?
m
Celigo configured the flow. Where can i check to verify? In any case i was under the impression leaving out a specific context should mean the trigger should excute on any context. The WF excutes if i edit the prospect record, just not at the point of creation.

@mg2017 if it’s a custom flow, you can go the NetSuite listener:
Click on “Listener” and then see Execution Context:

I actually don't see the options you see. I also looked at a custom flow, but again didn't see the option in your screen shot. Must be missing something.

Check the role you're using for the application. Make sure it has the correct security access, access to any custom forms associated, etc.

@mg2017 hard for me to tell from that. Could you please raise a Support ticket if you haven’t already?
