Simple test. Workflow with trigger set to all, and condition amount greater than 1. State 1, lock record (entry / before record load) I copy a PO for 50 and the new record is unlocked. Honestly conditional statements are so 50/50

My latest pleasure was a similar approvals workflow. When I changed my state from 'Entry' to null it worked. It was in an initial assessment state.

Null? I don't have that option?

Quite possibly. I was meaning to leave the field blank which solved my issue with two transitions which were not being consistently evaluated in order.
