Hi all, My accountant is looking to add a referral fee to our sales orders. I know that NS has a comprehensive commission feature but since we are only looking to use the basics and NetSuite's cost for it is quite prohibitive we are looking to customize it on our own. Does anyone have any experience doing this? I've tried a basic workflow but I'm having trouble getting the estimated gros profit field to change.
