Hey, I’m just starting out using Suiteflow and having a hard time with the UI.   I’m trying to make an action like what is out of the box in the JE approval workflow.   (Screenshots/questions in theread)

As you can see, in the oob action, it has a set field for Created By (Workflow) = user.  But I can’t seem to find the field created by

Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong or miss interpreting?

It sounds like the original is using some Workflow Fields

check the 'Fields' tab on the main Workflow's configuration page to see how they set it up in the original

Ahh,  that must be it,,  yes, it’s setting internal wf fields
